Strategic partnership

Together with REGA

REGA is SLRE's strategic partner. In London, the Real Estate General Authority set out the opportunities and the regulations for foreign ownership in person, with Saudi developers beside it on the show floor.

The Kingdom's regulatory message, delivered directly

REGA presented to international investors in London for the first time. Exhibiting developers met a senior, international audience and signed three agreements during the show.

Planning began in 2025. The success of London now grounds an expanded, multi-market programme.

The conference

A programme with real weight

Three invitation-only sessions in one week, each for a different audience, each led by REGA or a Saudi–UK trade body. Developers on the floor were part of every conversation.

Speakers from Knight Frank, JLL and Savills joined voices from government, placemaking and international trade.

Day two, closed-door session

  • Public Investment Fund: An overview of the Kingdom's giga property projects.
  • Royal Commission for Riyadh City: Invest Riyadh and the Riyadh Design Studio.
