The inaugural show
The first event of its kind in the UK. Saudi developers and REGA, in front of senior international decision-makers, for five days in London.
Together with REGA
REGA is SLRE's strategic partner. In London, the Real Estate General Authority set out the opportunities and the regulations for foreign ownership in person, with Saudi developers beside it on the show floor.

The Kingdom's regulatory message, delivered directly
REGA presented to international investors in London for the first time. Exhibiting developers met a senior, international audience and signed three agreements during the show.
Planning began in 2025. The success of London now grounds an expanded, multi-market programme.
Not a general trade audience

The single largest group at the show: 21% of attendees with a recorded organisation.
A programme with real weight
Three invitation-only sessions in one week, each for a different audience, each led by REGA or a Saudi–UK trade body. Developers on the floor were part of every conversation.
Speakers from Knight Frank, JLL and Savills joined voices from government, placemaking and international trade.
REGA Conference & Roundtable Day
Invitation-only sessions led by the Real Estate General Authority, with presentations from three of the Kingdom's leading institutions.
- Real Estate General Authority: The Saudi real estate outlook, investment landscape and regulatory framework.
- Public Investment Fund: An overview of the Kingdom's giga property projects.
- Royal Commission for Riyadh City: Invest Riyadh and the Riyadh Design Studio.
- SEDCO Capital: Funding and asset management solutions.
Arab British Chamber of Commerce roundtable
The Chamber convened its members alongside the Saudi delegation, taking the regulatory message to the advisers, brokers and consultants who carry it to their own client bases.
REGA and the Saudi British Joint Business Council
The conversation moved from market access towards long-term partnership, localisation and the transfer of capability, reframing the giga projects as platforms for sustained collaboration.
In the room at the first edition
Delegates and speakers came from banks, advisers, investors, architects and public institutions across the UK, the Gulf and beyond.
