Each showcase puts Saudi luxury developers and REGA in front of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors and asset managers, and tells the story of opportunity for foreign ownership.
Exhibition
Bespoke stands on the show floor give each developer a place to present models, films and masterplans. Investors move freely between stands, with the developers' teams on hand to answer questions.
Conference
Five days of sessions, round tables and discussion. Senior voices from REGA, public institutions, investment and advisory firms take the stage to explain the opportunity and the rules on foreign ownership.
Gala Dinner
An evening with REGA and selected guests. A more relaxed setting where developers and investors continue the conversation, and relationships begin to form, over dinner.
Private Meetings
Meetings arranged in advance between developers and investors, held in private on the stand or in a quiet room, so that serious conversations get the time and space they need.
