What we collect

When you complete a form on this site we collect your name, work email, company, role, the service you are interested in, and any message you choose to add. We also record which page the form was sent from.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to give you the report you asked for, and to follow up about SLRE events and services. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries and, where you tick the box on the form, your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who sees it

Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, and delivered to the SLRE team by email through Microsoft 365. We do not sell your data. We may share it with partners who help us deliver an event or service you have asked about, and only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we need to keep it by law.

Cookies

This site does not currently use cookies or analytics. If that changes we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy. Email the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
