REGA Invitationals
A private, two-day visit to a major centre of wealth. Senior REGA delegates host 30 to 60 pre-qualified investors, and a small group of developers meet them one to one.
A senior REGA delegation hosts every Invitational, taking guests through the opportunities and the regulations available.
One to one, with the regulator's backing
Each Invitational is small by design. Investors are vetted by SLRE as people who want more information and want to buy. Every attendee meets every developer as part of the REGA delegation, and private meetings between chosen developers and investors are arranged in advance.
- REGA: A senior delegation hosts the day and takes guests through the opportunities and regulations.
- Developers: Each developer is in the room to support the roundtable and meets investors privately.
- Investors: Vetted by SLRE, with direct access to developers and to the regulator.
How an Invitational unfolds
A five-star hotel in a major centre of wealth, with a private meeting room or suite. The running order is confirmed for each city.
Welcome and REGA discussion
Guests are welcomed and the REGA delegation hosts an open roundtable on the opportunities and regulations available, with each developer there to support.
Pre-arranged private meetings
One to one meetings between specific developers and investors, programmed in advance.
Private dinner
An evening dinner with selected guests.
REGA discussion
The roundtable continues with the REGA delegation and the developers.
Pre-arranged private meetings
A second programme of one to one meetings.
